Charter v2 · October 2026

The Data Charter

Seven commitments. Plain words. They bind SpeakerEncore, not you.

What we collect

Booking history: the organization, the event, the date, the topic, the format, and the fee band. A band is a range of fees, as typically used in the speaking world, not a specific dollar amount. If you apply for a Twin Report, also your one-sheet and your public website — what Content Twins are matched on. That is the whole list.

The screening call

Applying for a Twin Report is a Zoom call. Bring your one-sheet and five previous bookings. The call decides whether we can build your report; the first 25 accepted professional speakers form the Founding Members group. Twin Reports are built by hand on a first-accepted, first-served basis. What you bring is covered by every commitment on this page.

What we never collect

Your current pipeline. Your exact fees. Who you are talking to now. If a form ever asks for any of these, it is not ours.

What we never display

No speaker, organization, and fee shown together. Not in the report, not in a Twin Report, not in a chart. Fee bands appear only as aggregates, and only when the group is five speakers or more. Four speakers is not a group; the number is not published.

Where the data comes from

Public sources — event programs, agendas, association archives — are cited. Speaker-submitted data (one-sheets, websites, previous bookings) is marked contributed until a second source corroborates it. Only then is it marked verified. Nothing is estimated to fill a gap.

Who profits, and how

SpeakerEncore is an independent company, founded and run by Jeffrey A. Wolfe. He is a working speaker. His bookings enter the booking graph under the same rules as yours — bands only, aggregates only, groups of five or more. The Executive Brief is public. The full report goes to accepted applicants. SpeakerEncore is funded by fees for membership and industry report services.

How to get your data removed

Reply to any email from SpeakerEncore, or write to info@adventureCEO.com, from the address you signed up with. Say "remove me." Your contributed rows and your email come out, and you get a reply when it is done, within 14 days. The unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email removes your address on its own.
